B&I AWARD
The B&I Award recognizes CPAs who work in B&I and have made significant contributions and a positive impact on careers of CPAs in B&I. Members in B&I are recognized as those who work in general industry, government or education. Selections will be made by members of TXCPA's Business and Industry Issues Subcommittee of the Membership Committee. Members of the subcommittee are not eligible to receive the award while they are serving on the committee.
Award winners will be recognized at the Annual Meeting Award Luncheon on June 28, 2024 in Frisco, TX.
Some of the criteria to be considered in selecting a candidate for this award include:
- Must be a CPA member of TXCPA in good standing
- Must be employed in business and industry, government, or education
- How has this person made significant contributions through their influence and impact on others in the accounting profession and on careers of CPAs in B&I
